Health permit prices are usually $40 - $65, some cities or higher.
Contact local health department for prices and procedure. Contact local
producer, or city government for more information. The Festival can obtain
these for a $10 fee. The following is a list of Health Dept.numbers for some
of the cities. Please note numbers are subject to change. A late fee may
apply from Health Departments for any permits not obtained with-in 10/15
days of the event. Some of the Cities Health Dept. Contact information
